The Performance 2.0 framework was created to enable 200 suppliers of a global leader to quickly access best practices related to their PRODUCTS / CLIENTS / PROCESSES / SUSTAINABILITY.
Since then, it has been adopted by industrial groups with thousands of suppliers and continuously improved by the Trencadis team and its partners, who use it during their assignments, either explicitly or as an internal methodological reference. It is applicable to both service and manufacturing sectors.
The framework includes several hundred practices, structured into 32 themes, divided across 5 levels of maturity. Level 1 “Awakening,” is available for FREE below.
You can later unlock optional access to:
